This easy little tip will help you create great clean URls rather than more complex un-descriptive URls.

By logging in to your Wordpress admin panel and navigating to the settings dropdown and selecting the Permalinks tab we will be able to create better looking URls. Not only does this look better but can also help with search engine optimisation and the URl becomes descriptive. On the Permalinks page simply copy and paste the following in to the custom structure field.


/%category%/%postname%.html


Easy, now you have pretty URls.
