Quick Tip 15 – WP More Tag
This is a very quick tip today, but one that I use everyday and find extremely useful. On the main blog page you can choose to display a snippet of an article with a link to the main post. There are several ways to do this but none give you as much control as the following tag.

The <!–more–> tag inserted into html view of the blog post you create will immediately cut the article and display a Read the rest of this entry link. I tend to use this as you can tactically place the more tag at any point which will encourage the user to click through to the article to read more.
